We are seeking a dedicated Teacher Intern for Grades 8-12 to collaborate with experienced educators. Responsibilities include teaching coverage, mentoring, and engaging in the diverse life of the school. Candidates should demonstrate passion and adaptability while promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily coverage as a Teacher on Call (TOC)
• Collaborate with assigned department educators
• Support and lead co-curricular activities across various strands
• Engage in mentorship opportunities with faculty
• Participate in school community activities and events
Requirements:
• Certification process with BC Ministry of Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent
• Basic First Aid certification
• Eligible to work in Canada as a resident
