Technician Full Time Lethbridge, AB $40–$50 per hour

Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills are required. Hourly wage is based on experience and ranges from $40 to $50 per hour; the highest wage will be awarded to those with exceptional diagnostic abilities.

Pre‑employment skills testing will be conducted during the first in‑person interview.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing all truck systems.
- Commercial vehicle inspections.
- Quality repairs and maintenance on heavy‑truck and diesel engines from multiple brands.
- Proficient in emissions inspections, drive‑train, electrical, air/brake system repairs.
- Interpret work orders and technical manuals.
- Write detailed and professional reports on work orders.
- Maintain a clean work environment, personal tools, and company equipment.
- Display a positive attitude and collaborate as a team to achieve success.




- Mentor other technicians.
- Collaborate with the foreman and service department to ensure efficient shop workflow.
- Meet or exceed standard repair times.
