• Execute a reset of the Contract Lifecycle Management platform
• Build a scalable, automated legal work intake system
• Own functional scorecards, KPIs,



and department goals
• Facilitate structured problem-solving activities
• Oversee budget tracking and vendor management
Requirements:
• 7+ years in legal operations experience
• Proven experience implementing CLM platforms
• Robust project management skills required
• Experience managing budgets and outside counsel billing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
