Distributor Services has an opportunity for Bilingual Contract Administrators. As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for contracting, licensing, and transfers of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracting requirements and process new advisor requests within multiple systems.
- Review licensing in line with advisor contracting and provincial requirements.
- Complete research and movement of business between advisors.
- Handle ongoing administrative maintenance for advisors contracted with the organization.
- Ensure processes are in line with company policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure processes being followed are in line with company policies as well as compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with internal and external partners using strong bilingual oral and written communication skills.
- Work effectively under pressure, handling high volumes and meeting expected SLAs.
- Demonstrate organizational and priority management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Collaborate and support in a team setting with minimal supervision.
Required Skills
- Strong bilingual oral and written communication skills are required to communicate with internal and external partners (written and verbal fluent in both English and French).
- Familiarity with complex distribution systems (or an aptitude to learn new software).
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience and/or knowledge in the insurance industry.

- Knowledge of licensing requirements in all Canadian provinces.
