Partners in Performance - Performance Strategy Manager The role is our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture.

Performance Strategy Managers play the critical role of leading engagements across a broad range of areas including business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimization and commercial due diligence. They lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates, and Business Analysts, ensuring delivery, collaboration, coaching, and client management. Managers maintain control of an end‑to‑end process and drive tangible results.

What you need
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Outstanding academic results
University degree or equivalent experience with robust quantitative skills, particularly in Engineering, Commerce/Economics, or Mathematics/Science.
We consider candidates from a broad spectrum of degrees but emphasize quantitative study.
MBA is an advantage
Double degrees and Postgraduate degrees are highly regarded
Demonstrated passion for results, with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure
Excellent problem‑solving skills, including the ability to structure and prioritize work and ask the right root‑cause questions
Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching, influencing, and building trust with senior managers, and prioritizing team members’ professional development
Propensity to coach and guide younger consultants to deliver results
Robust communication skills, including the ability to construct compelling arguments supported by facts
Ability to influence, multitask, and manage expectations and deadlines effectively
Demonstrated alignment with Partners in Performance values

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide range of factors, including the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for full‑time employment. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline and does not represent a maximum limit; actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
Role location and annual salary range: British Columbia/Ontario $119,700 – $247,800
