and employee training and development programs are just a few ways we're dedicated to your developmentMinimum Requirements:University degree or diploma with 7-10 years of HR Generalist experienceProven ability to deliver core HR services and lead key cycles, including compensation, succession, and workforce planningStrong employee and labour relations experience, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretationExperience managing complex employee issues while balancing business objectives, risk management, and employee experience considerationsStrong internal consulting, interpersonal, and adaptability skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly, work independently, and influence outcomesStrong listening, conflict resolution, and mediation skillsDon't have all the qualifications listed?
