Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimating and resource planning process improvements
• Develop labor, material, and overhead cost estimates
• Establish labor rates for projects and productions




• Interpret project scope to determine production costs
• Mentor and develop team members in cross-functional settings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in engineering, business, or related field
• 10-15 years in estimating/resource planning within shipbuilding
• Minimum 5 years in management or leadership roles
• Experience with major capital projects and government contracts
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management in project environments
