This role owns how we measure, optimize, and scale monetization across our advertising ecosystem.You'll define experimentation strategy, shape core metrics, and guide the development of data and machine learning systems that power targeting, pricing, and auction performance. You'll partner closely with senior leaders across Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions, size opportunities, and drive business outcomes through data.This is a highly visible role that combines hands-on technical work with strategic leadership. You'll set direction, mentor other data scientists, and elevate the application of data science across AdRise.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and evolve AdRise's experimentation ecosystem, including A/B testing frameworks, causal inference methods, and measurement standardsDefine and govern core KPIs and north-star metrics tied to revenue, yield, and marketplace performanceLead complex, ambiguous problem areas across targeting, identity, attribution, forecasting,
