Responsibilities

- Work on the day shift from Monday to Friday.
- Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees.
- Be responsible for the operational processes of the sector by achieving and monitoring production objectives.
- Plan the daily operations of the sector and follow up on them.
- Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
- Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain communication with other departments for any issue related to the sector.
- Ensure continuous improvement through the use of operational excellence concepts and the problem‑solving process.
- Ensure the training of employees, evaluate their performance and their progress.
- Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication.

Qualifications





- Civil or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, operations management or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Solid planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved.
- Demonstrated managerial courage when managing personnel.
- Available, flexible and motivated by a stimulating and changing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual.
