Role Description

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused Sales & Delivery Representative to join our Calgary team in a full-time position.

This role combines client service, sales, and local deliveries. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, preparing and completing customer deliveries, and safely operating a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working independently, and confident driving a large, tall cargo van.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional service to existing clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow client accounts
- Safely operate a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or similar cargo van
- Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
- Handle products and customer orders carefully and responsibly
- Communicate clearly with clients and the company team




- Maintain a professional company image while on the road and with customers

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, with the ability to build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong order management and delivery coordination skills, with close attention to accuracy, scheduling, and follow-through.
- Ability to safely load, unload, lift, and carry flower boxes, buckets, and other products.
- Ability to enter and exit a delivery van regularly throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in different weather conditions while completing deliveries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients in person.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage a delivery schedule.
- A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
- Confidence and experience driving a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or a similar large, tall cargo van.
- Dependable, punctual, responsible, and committed to providing a high standard of customer service.
- Previous experience in wholesale, distribution, logistics, delivery services, or the floral industry is considered an asset but is not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales, logistics, or business is an asset.

Schedule and Location

Full-time position

Monday through Thursday

Based in Calgary, Alberta

Local travel throughout Calgary and Edmonton.
