Our architecture practice seeks a Regional Sustainability Lead to spearhead sustainability efforts across various projects. You will utilize your 5 to 8 years of sustainable design experience to ensure alignment with firmwide performance targets. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and facilitation skills to effectively engage clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide early-stage sustainability input for regional project initiatives
• Serve as Sustainability Lead on major project deliveries




• Facilitate client engagement for defining sustainability goals
• Coordinate with consultants to implement sustainable solutions
• Mentor regional sustainability coordinators and analysts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• 5 to 8 years sustainable design experience
• LEED AP certification required
• Robust skills in client engagement and mentoring
• Familiarity with sustainability metrics and frameworks
