Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role plays a pivotal part in shaping financial direction, strengthening governance, and supporting enterprise-wide decision-making. The Vice President, Finance will oversee core finance functions and collaborate closely with senior and operational leaders.Job DutiesStrategic LeadershipPartner with the CFO to develop and execute the organization's financial strategy.Provide clear, data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to enhance revenue and optimize costs.Financial Operations & ReportingOversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax and internal controls.Oversee timely and accurate preparation of the financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.Maintain robust internal controls, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness.Personally engage in complex accounting issues and analysis when required.Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes and reporting capabilities.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 20, including three direct reports.Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning and operational excellence.Build financial literacy across the organization by partnering with operational leaders.Business PartnershipCollaborate with operations, HR, marketing, and other departments to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis team for financial modeling and analysis on new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, executive team,
