- Develop, model, and validate inverter control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Support power electronics and controls development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Perform test bench setup, debugging, and validation of power electronics systems.
- Collaborate closely with hardware and firmware engineers to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.
- Execute detailed hardware testing and analyze system performance.
- Support PCBA updates, testing, and troubleshooting as required.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and training of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing platforms.
- Document test results, findings, and engineering recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with power electronics and inverter control systems.
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and control development.
- Hands-on experience with test bench debugging, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional hardware and firmware engineering teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
