Please note that we use Artificial Intelligence to assist with note-taking during interviews.Position SummaryThe Senior QC Technician will lead a Consumables Manufacturing team in the swing shift to meet company goals related to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and daily production targets for cartridges.Hours: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AMKey ResponsibilitiesAlign with production supervisor/manager on priorities and communicate daily QC work schedule to the QC teamAllocate daily work assignments to the team to support production schedule and achieve targetsPerform QC assay runs on consumables cartridgesProcess assay results and perform basic statistical analysisEnsure cartridge QC documentation is complete and accurate and generate cartridge Certificate of AnalysisDevelop a working knowledge of all QC processes; leverage knowledge to troubleshoot issues; identify non-conformance and implement corrective actionsChampion continuous improvement activitiesEnsure adherence to SOP and Work Instructions, and overall compliance to ISO 9001 standardsPromote cross-training to mitigate single-point failures,
