This is a hands‐on, client‐facing role for someone who bridges deep technical expertise with strong relationship skills and can move between Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud infrastructure and strategic customer conversations.In this role, you will own the technical relationship with assigned accounts: architecting production‐ready solutions, integrating the Shakudo platform into customer environments, and expanding Shakudo's footprint by connecting customer needs to platform capabilities.
