As a 12-month contract Manager, you will lead the Recent Business Onboarding function, ensuring operational readiness and effective program launches across Sales, Legal, Operations, and more. You will utilize your experience to resolve escalations, monitor performance, and continuously improve efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding for new programs and national accounts
• Design workflows and documentation requirements
• Direct daily operations, service levels, and issue resolution




• Evaluate and redesign operational workflows
• Establish performance metrics and root-cause analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in leasing or vendor finance
• Strong knowledge of operational workflows and leasing processes
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency with relevant technology and CRM systems
