Licensed Electrician (442A or 309A)

Stratford, Ontario (Onsite) $44.00 per hour Continental shift rotation (rotating as necessary)

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Electrician for our client located in Stratford Ontario to support programming, debugging, installation, and startup of new or modified production and test equipment in a dynamic manufacturing workplace. Your expertise in CNC/PLC troubleshooting, robotics, and automation will be key to maintaining operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintain and repair facility and production equipment
- Repair, refurbish, and build CNC, PLC, and robotic-based manufacturing systems
- Assemble, debug, install, and commission new or modified production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on CNC and automated assembly systems
- Support preventative maintenance and emergency repair activities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards




- Organize and maintain maintenance operations for safety and efficiency
- Train apprentices and new hires on electrical installation standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality targets

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CNC machining and automated assembly maintenance
- Strong hands‑on experience with electrical assembly, machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, CNC systems, and Fanuc robots
- Welding and basic manual machining skills are an asset
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing systems and quality standards
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
