• Manage small member accounts for satisfaction and growth
• Foster collaborative support across various service channels
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment
• Understanding of lending and investment needs
• Willingness to obtain Mutual Funds license
• Excellent communication and tech capabilities
• Grade 12 or equivalent; Business studies preferred
