We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world‐class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.This role requires in‐office attendance at least 3 days/week in our Toronto office.We are growing our Strategic Finance team to help the business push for scale. This person will report to the VP of Finance & BizOps and partner directly with our leadership team. You will partner closely with GTM and Product teams to drive cross‐functional, strategic initiatives, and you will go deep and develop framework and analyses to help us scale.Core ResponsibilitiesDrive the Operating ModelOwn and evolve our financial, operating, and headcount models as we scaleLead bi‐annual planning and budgeting, translating strategy into forecasts and investment trade‐off decisionsRun rigorous analysis to identify growth levers, efficiency wins, and risks before they surfaceCreate executive‐level clarityBuild Board‐ready materials, investor updates, and performance narratives that influence decisionsTrack company financial trajectory and lead monthly strategic finance reviews with leadership; distill complex signalsinto crisp,
