In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of AI and Technology Strategy within the Technology and Enterprise Operations division. Your main responsibilities include establishing AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, and effectively managing risks. You will also partner with various teams to drive safe and responsible AI practices while fostering adoption and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks
• Lead triage and risk assessment for AI use cases
• Implement guardrails for safe AI adoption




• Monitor AI regulations and support compliance documentation
• Maintain inventory of AI solutions and controls
Requirements:
• 5+ years in AI governance or compliance
• Experience with IRP and ACA compliance processes
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven background in regulated environments
• Ability to develop governance policies and frameworks
