Seeking an Agronomist with a passion for farming, this role emphasizes field work and analysis to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll perform soil tests, engage in crop evaluations, and conduct necessary recommendations based on gathered data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field scouting for crop and pest evaluation
• Perform soil and plant testing for data-driven decisions
• Engage in Variable Rate mapping and sampling
• Analyze winter fertility and yield data
• Evaluate current opportunities for customer enhancement
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Agriculture or similar
• Agronomy experience is beneficial
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License necessary
• Willing to travel and work outdoors
• Registration with Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists mandatory
