We are seeking a skilled HVAC & Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Lead a department within Head Office, coordinating services for stores across the country via email, video calls, phone calls, etc.
- Basic working knowledge or hands‑on experience with electrical, plumbing, walk‑in freezers and coolers, gas appliances/gas fitting, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues with computerized control systems.
- Responsible for handling emergencies or after‑hours calls for repair and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.
- Ability to conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Asset to have knowledge or experience with commercial ovens & warmers and pizza prep tables.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.
- Robust English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Positive, approachable, and flexible attitude, including availability for overtime.
