In this role, you will partner with flight crews and account managers to facilitate the entire flight management process. Your key responsibilities will include planning routes, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and coordinating customs notifications. You will monitor operational conditions and participate in flight risk assessments to enhance safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support comprehensive flight operations from pre-flight to post-flight
• Ensure compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations
• Manage customs notifications for confirmed flights




• Verify operational needs for international travel
• Analyze risks related to recent or high-risk destinations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or college diploma in aviation management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with CARs and other aviation regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong ability to operate in demanding environments
