RWC is expanding and looking for experienced Framers. In this role, you’ll read blueprints, prepare layouts, and utilize power tools efficiently. Ideal candidates should exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under minimal supervision while following safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and sketches accurately
• Prepare layouts using accurate measuring tools
• Measure, cut, and shape steel materials
• Trim edges for even joints and proper fitting
• Collaborate with departments for design efficiency
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate needed
• 2-3 years of similar experience required
• Trade school certificate is an asset
• Class 5 Driver's License is mandatory
• Commitment to RWC safety guidelines
