Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly address incoming technical support tickets
• Maintain ticket hygiene from initiation to resolution
• Troubleshoot technical issues effectively

• Update internal knowledge bases and documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary training a plus
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
• Familiar with GPOs, Hyper-V, and networking
