Drive the CMPA's AI transformation as the Lead for Strategic Priority Implementation in a hybrid work model based in Ottawa, Ontario. This role focuses on orchestrating AI initiatives to enhance member services and strengthen connections.
As a key leader reporting to the Executive Director of Technology, Analytics & Privacy, you will manage and integrate various projects within the CMPA’s AI Strategic Plan. Your mission is to deliver consistent medico-legal intelligence through human-centered AI while ensuring robust governance and resource management. Your expertise in project management methodologies will be essential in navigating complex initiatives across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables
• Develop program charters, project plans, and documentation




• Coordinate governance mechanisms and manage risks
• Communicate strategic initiatives and support change management
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for enterprise-wide alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years’ experience in project management
• Proven success in technology transformation projects
• Change management and facilitation skills
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
