and compliance requirementsCoordinate with external advisors across jurisdictionsReporting & GovernanceEnsure board‐ready financial reportingPartner cross‐functionally to uphold financial discipline across the organizationSupport long‐term financial readiness as the company scalesQualificationsCPA designation (required)8-12 years of progressive accounting experienceManager level audit experience (Big 4 preferred)Prior Controller-level ownership within a VC-backed startupProven experience scaling accounting operations through rapid growthDirect ownership of IFRS financial statements and external auditStrong technical accounting knowledge and practical judgmentAbility to operate independently in a rapid‐paced, high‐growth environmentLocationPassage operates with an in‐office working model.
