As part of the Group Benefits Financial Reporting & Analysis team, you'll report to the Manager and utilize your financial expertise. Your responsibilities will include preparing in-depth reports, managing projects, and contributing to budget development. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are essential for effectively summarizing complex data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive financial reports monthly and quarterly
• Analyze business unit information for variance explanations




• Consolidate data and draft insightful commentaries
• Validate financial information prior to reporting
• Provide ad-hoc analysis based on business needs
Requirements:
• 3-6 years of financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables
• Bilingualism required for Quebec applicants
