• Conduct thorough site inspections of elevator and escalator equipment
• Review maintenance and life cycle concerns meticulously




• Confirm equipment compliance with industry codes
• Develop recommendations and estimates for project needs
• Prepare detailed reports and project documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years in the construction industry
• Robust knowledge of elevators and escalators
• Detail-oriented with excellent coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• EDM-A designation or equivalent is an asset
