Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

Pay Rate: 30/hr on T4

Contract: September 2026 – August 2027

We're seeking a French Localization Specialist to support high-quality Canadian French content across internal and customer communications.

What You'll Do

- Review machine translations and perform localization quality assurance (LQA).
- Ensure content aligns with brand, legal, compliance, and editorial standards.
- Manage translation memories using cloud-based Translation Management Systems.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, marketing, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Advocate for localization best practices and educate internal teams.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of localization/translation experience




- Expert knowledge of Canadian French grammar, tone, spelling, and regional nuances
- Experience with Localization QA (LQA) and machine translation review
- Experience with Trados Enterprise , Phrase, XTM, Multitrans, or similar TMS platforms
- Adobe Workfront, Jira, SFMC/Taxi, and AI tools are solid assets
- Financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

French localization assessment will be part of the interview process.
