We are seeking a dynamic and experienced insurance professional to oversee and support a network of approximately 12 branch managers, ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence.

Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and support multiple branch managers to ensure consistency and operational excellence
- Develop and implement standardized workflows to improve efficiency across branches
- Promote and support growth initiatives to expand operational capabilities
- Act as a liaison among branches to facilitate communication and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and strategic planning

Qualifications

- Experience managing a large insurance office or multiple branches
- Knowledge in all lines of insurance products
- Level 2 license




- Proficiency with Applied EPIC
- Strategic thinker with a focus on scalable growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
