In this accounting position, you will be instrumental in asset accounting and administration of capital expenditures. Duties include month-end activities, transaction processing, and audits. Collaborate with various departments while ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all capital asset transactions and ledger maintenance
• Administer capital and lease project approvals and reporting
• Provide accounting support for capital project evaluations
• Conduct thorough monthly account reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries for designated accounting functions
Requirements:
• Accounting or Finance graduate degree, CGA or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years’ qualified experience in accounting
• Strong capabilities in IFRS and US GAAP regulations
• Previous exposure to asset and lease accounting
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Oracle ERP favorable
