Requisition ID: 264978The RoleAs Director, GBM Onboarding, you will lead a global team responsible for KYC, AML, derivatives, and margin onboarding activities across Global Banking & Markets. You will ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient onboarding practices across jurisdictions, while driving process standardization, regulatory alignment, and an improved client experience.ResponsibilitiesLead global onboarding operations across KYC, AML, derivatives, and margin processes for GBM clientsOversee end‐to‐end onboarding activities across jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirementsAct as an escalation point for complex onboarding issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive timely resolutionPartner with regional and global teams to deliver consistent and compliant onboarding outcomes across marketsDrive standardization of onboarding processes across GBM jurisdictions, improving efficiency and client experienceLead the design and implementation of process enhancements and technology solutions to streamline onboarding workflowsContribute to the development of centralized onboarding models, including hub structures and automation initiativesEnsure operational execution aligns with GBM KYC & Derivatives Program policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controlsSupport regulatory and system‐driven change initiatives, including defining business requirements, testing, and implementationOversee onboarding capacity, workflow allocation, and performance across global teamsSupport hiring, staffing, and development of onboarding teams across regionsMaintain strong alignment with internal stakeholders across Front, Middle, and Back Office functionsDrive continuous improvement through process optimization, regulatory adaptation, and evolving business requirementsQualificationsPrior experience in wholesale banking / capital markets, with direct exposure to client onboarding, KYC/AML, derivatives, and margin processesDeep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks impacting onboarding (e.G., FINTRAC, OSFI, U.S.
