As a Solution Architect on our Professional Services team, you'll be the trusted technical advisor helping world-class customers unlock the full power of Coveo's relevance technology.You'll work at the intersection of business, technology, and people, guiding customers through the design and delivery of intelligent search, recommendations and generative AI experiences that transform how they operate. From discovery to go-live, you'll shape projects that matter.As one of our Solution Architect, you will:Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business challenges and translating them into scalable technical solutions.Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of Coveo's AI relevance platform across customer digital ecosystems.Collaborate with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leaders, to align business goals and technology standards.Guide customers through best practices in governance, planning, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.Manage requirements, maintain clear documentation,
