About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Manager, Signature Initiatives to support the planning and execution of a portfolio of high-profile strategic initiatives within a large, complex organization.
Reporting to the Director, Signature Initiatives, this role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, portfolio management, strategic partnerships, governance, and execution. You will help translate organizational priorities into actionable initiatives, evaluate opportunities, develop recommendations, and coordinate complex workstreams from strategy through implementation.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help deliver initiatives that create measurable organizational and social value.

What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, roadmaps, workplans, and priorities
- Conduct analysis and develop recommendations to support portfolio and investment decisions
- Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and performance measures
- Prepare business cases, executive presentations, briefing materials, and decision-support documents
- Work cross-functionally to build alignment and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Support portfolio governance, prioritization, performance reporting, and resource allocation
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to strengthen, scale, or evolve initiatives based on performance and organizational priorities
- Track KPIs and translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
What You Bring
- 6–8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, strategic initiatives, management consulting, business transformation, corporate planning, portfolio/program management, healthcare strategy, government/public sector strategy, or a related field
- Experience working within a large, complex, fast-paced organization
- Demonstrated experience translating strategy into execution and leading complex,
cross-functional initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise planning, portfolio management, investment/resource allocation, governance, business cases, or transformation
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop clear, practical recommendations
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment in a matrixed environment
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, consulting, government, or another large enterprise environment is an asset
- An interest in health equity, social impact, and purpose-driven work; direct nonprofit experience is not required
