Key Responsibilities: • Manage the Annual Merchandise Financial Plan for all banners • Support top-down and bottom-up reconciliation processes • Track and analyze monthly sales against financial goals • Conduct extensive financial performance reporting • Facilitate category prioritization and financial modeling
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in business or finance is essential • 3+ years of experience in retail financial analysis • Advanced Excel skills for data-driven decision-making • Excellent communication abilities • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
