Perform Take Off's
Negotiate with suppliers, trades etc
Manage QS side of projects
Price variations
Work with clients and build relationships Requirements
3 years experience
Knowledge of Facades advantageous
Solid hit rate to tenders won
Valuable negotiation and relationship building skills Salary up to £65K DOE Career progression and opportunity to build team around you whilst gaining exposure to some very exciting projects.
