We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Millwright – Afternoon Shift in Guelph, Ontario.

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization looking to add an experienced Millwright to their maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed trades professional seeking a stable afternoon shift, competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Install, dismantle, move and align machinery and production equipment.
- Perform equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical issues before failures occur.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance work orders.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Valid Ontario 433A Industrial Millwright licence.




- Previous industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
- Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Salary Range: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
