- Oversee vessel operations, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate on developing world‑class exploration hubs and charter routes.
- Lead Arctic and Antarctic missions, including treasure recovery and marine research.
- Manage crew, logistics, and high‑value cargo operations in extreme environments.
Qualifications
- Transport Canada Master Mariner Certificate (500 GT, 1200 GT endorsement) with Polar Operations Certification.
- 15+ years managing research explorer ice‑classed expedition vessels, deep‑sea submersibles, and polar operations.
- Proven leadership in safety, operations,
and client relations in remote settings.
- Experience working with high‑net‑worth clients and luxury charters.
- Multilingual (English + French, Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic or other languages) preferred.
