Here are some of the responsibilities where your expertise will play a key role:

- Coordinate daily operations related to the transportation of cranes, crane accessories, and workforce assignments;
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction (sales representatives, crane operators, and regional directors) by analyzing their needs and proposing appropriate solutions;
- Research, interpret, and communicate information related to the collective agreement to crane operators;
- Follow up diligently on the return of equipment and accessories required for projects;
- Maintain effective communication with dispatchers from other branches;
- Enter employee timesheets;
- Enter, validate, and reconcile operational data required for the billing process.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher;
- Basic computer skills;
- Experience interpreting and applying a collective agreement (asset);
