This position involves overseeing dynamic activities, supervising the Life Enrichment Assistant, and managing the Volunteer Program. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging fitness programs
• Supervise Life Enrichment Assistant and volunteers
• Plan community events and coordinate activities




• Tailor programming for varying cognitive needs
• Maintain positive public relations and communications
Requirements:
• Degree in Gerontology, Recreation, or related field
• Experience in geriatric programming
• Knowledge of exercise effects and adaptations
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Safety certifications
