Key Responsibilities:
• Collect rent and handle payment defaults
• Conduct inspections of vacant and upcoming suites
• Show and lease suites to prospective tenants
• Schedule and oversee contractor work completion
• Assist with snow removal and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle
• Computer proficiency with web-based programs
• Post-secondary education is an asset
