Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of SAP consulting and solution delivery experience.
- 6+ years supporting SAP Professional Services, Project Systems, Engagement Management, or Project-to-Cash processes.
- Experience leading solution design for enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Participation in at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience serving as end-to-end solution owner on at least one SAP Professional Services implementation.
- Deep understanding of:
- Engagement lifecycle management
- Resource planning and staffing
- Time and expense management
- Work-in-progress (WIP)
- Billing and invoicing
- Revenue recognition
- Finance integration
- Recent hands-on SAP configuration experience within the last 12 months.
- Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud architecture, extensibility options, and implementation best practices.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience.
- Professional Services industry experience, including consulting, legal, engineering, or agency environments.
- SAP Professional Services Cloud Certification.




- SAP S/4HANA Professional Services or related functional certification.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Experience evaluating and implementing in-app and side-by-side extension strategies.
- Prior experience working on SAP template programs, accelerators, or product teams.
- Big Four consulting or Systems Integrator background.
- Bilingual English and French.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Skilled Services Solution Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This individual will serve as the end-to-end solution owner for the SAP Professional Services template, ensuring design decisions across engagement management, resource management, time capture, billing, work-in-progress (WIP), revenue recognition, reporting, and Finance integrations remain aligned throughout the program lifecycle.

The Solution Lead will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, workstream leaders, architects, and technical delivery teams while maintaining ownership of the integrated solution design. Unlike a traditional consulting lead, this role requires hands-on SAP configuration experience and the ability to evaluate business requirements through the lens of SAP Public Cloud best practices, extensibility options, and long-term solution sustainability.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP Professional Services processes, multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, and experience serving as the solution authority across complex transformation programs.
