Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleanup of lobbies, elevators, and lounges
• Manage upkeep of exterior areas and parking lots
• Handle emergency cleaning requests as they arise
• Remove garbage and recycling daily
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• 2+ years' janitorial/cleaning experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Capacity to work independently
