About This Team Reporting to the Raw Materials Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planning Lead is responsible for supporting, capacity planning, reporting and process reviews for lululemon product lines. This role will contribute to the creation of a successful and executable sourcing strategy that supports manufacturing business needs. In addition, the Supply Planning Lead will work with cross-functional teams.

A Day in the Life

Compiling Raw Materials forecasts and detailed analysis of data

Analyzing the allocation of product multiple times each season by constrained and unconstrained capacity with our global sourcing base

Managing cross‑functional data and creating Excel planning and reporting tools. Examples include Demand variability Analysis, Capacity Verification Report, Multi Sourcing, Raw Materials Commitments, Supply planning risks and mitigations

Supporting process improvements and general Supply Planning analysis





Communicating internally and externally as needed by the RM Supply Planning Manager and business requirements

Ensuring seasonal calendar timelines are met

Qualifications

University degree preferred

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Planning role. Production/manufacturing environment preferred

Smartsheet and PBI knowledge

Robust IT skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook a must)

Strong knowledge of Excel

Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills

Strong ability to communicate clearly and objectively

Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from

$88,200 - $115,800

annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus, subject to program eligibility requirements.
