As a Health Care Aide at Viking Community Health Centre, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to assist clients with activities of daily living. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with hygiene, mobility, and nutrition needs
• Support organized activities or programs for clients




• Observe and report on clients’ health and mood
• Maintain a safe environment for all
• Assist nurses with routine patient care tasks
Requirements:
• Active registration or eligibility with CLHA as Health Care Aide
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• 2 years experience in Continuing Care or Home Care
