Lookout Housing and Health Society aims to support adults facing housing instability in Surrey, BC, with outreach services, advocacy, and access to housing, health, welfare, and community resources. The Outreach Worker provides guidance, crisis intervention, and follow‑up to promote stability.
This role requires a valid driver’s licence, First Aid Level 1, and the ability to work in a team or independently within a COR-certified health setting.
