Peterborough Family Health Team in Peterborough, Ontario, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team to improve access to primary care. This 0.6 FTE, permanent position works with two to three family physicians.

Responsibilities include comprehensive health assessments, wellness screening, diagnosis and management of chronic illness, prescribing medications, and collaborating with physicians. Hours may include some evenings and weekends.
