As the Junior Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering dance education in various communities. Your responsibilities range from coordinating logistics to direct program delivery, where you'll build relationships with youth and local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for choreographers in communities
• Lead weekly check-ins and track program milestones
• Manage participant registration and progress documentation
• Coordinate travel logistics for program activities
• Support program delivery during community visits
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in program coordination or youth engagement
• Solid organizational and administrative abilities
• Experience with Indigenous communities is valued
