As an Animal Care Attendant (ACA), you will be directly involved in caring for animals in need. This role emphasizes creating a clean, stimulating environment, ensuring the health and happiness of the animals. You'll also enhance client service experiences by maintaining client records and assisting with animal care procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Feed, exercise, and engage animals daily
• Ensure cleanliness through disinfection and housekeeping
• Monitor animal health and assist with vaccinations
• Maintain detailed client records and report concerns
• Promote the center through social media and events
Requirements:
• Love for animals and enriching their lives
• Valid G driver’s license with explicit abstract
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and control 100 lbs
• Open availability including holidays and weekends
• Experience in customer service is an asset
